Product Description
1. Brief IntroductionThe ventilation systems in our company consist of Roof Ventilation Systems and Side Ventilation Systems according to the difference of the installation position. The Roof Ventilation Systems include the Roof Track-Cross Ventilation System and Roof Row-Rack Ventilation System. The Side Ventilation System refers to the side Cooling-Pad Ventilation System. Moreover, we also supply the Roof or Side Plastic-Film Reeling Ventilation System (Manual or Electric).
2. Working Principle
Natural ventilation system, including the top of the track push rod, the window drive system uses the domestic quality products.
The greenhouse roof with one side gear rack push window, see the figure below is the top window application, greenhouse skylight size 4*1m, the greenhouse roof window direction single layout, window area accounts for about 10% of the area of the greenhouse. The opening mechanism drive system adopts the special gear rack, the transmission shaft and the push rod for the national standard galvanized steel pipe, which is adopted by the WJN40-2.6 reduction motor and track rod.
The roof window staggered materials refer to table 1, the window rack and pinion gear rack rail rod using special, product technical parameters see Table 2, gear motor using WJN40-2.6 motor speed; roof window interleaving technology parameters see table 3.
The opening and closing of the motor can be realized under the instruction of the operator. The motor comes with working limit and safety switch to achieve safe and reliable action.
